Document storage
Uploaded documents (acceptance letters, manuscripts, verification files, contribution evidence) are stored privately. Access is restricted to you and the admin review team.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Approved opportunity details may be visible to signed-in users. Sensitive verification documents are never shown publicly.
Communication
Authors and contributors cannot message each other directly. Support communication is logged for safety and dispute resolution.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting the platform through the support ticket system, subject to legal and record-keeping obligations.
